Apple made a change in Catalina to add a system preference to Show Scroll Bars: “Automatically based on mouse or trackpad”. This is now the default. I believe you are wanting an alternate choice - “When scrolling”. Note that the user makes the selection as they wish, so trying to force them to a

Hi, I don't kown is the correct place, In a NSScroller, when I conect the external mouse, not apple's mouse, the scroll change and show always, the problem is that I can't change its background color. How could it? or at least make it clear. Regards
