Ah, You need to install the Windows WDK (since the native bootstrapper needs to
link with msvcrt directly)

Install the WDK to the default location (make sure the top checkbox and
children are selected during install)

I did exactly as you mentioned in the earlier mail. I built coapp from the
source and it compiled fine. But I am getting this error
