I wonder if it is some sort of security setting, when it scans the
email, if it has html or other scripting languages
it puts it in an attachment so that it doesn't allow a virus on open.
Just a thought.

Don't know why it's happening, or how to fix it, but it's happening to a whole

For what it is worth, not everyone is affected.
I have had exactly zero of the problems reported.
Bell business mail using their web interface. Windows 8.1 and Windows
7.0. Firefox. Desktop and laptop.
