What came to my inbox looks normal on gmail.com.
The actual payload contains a plain text part and an html part and a second
plain text part.
The first two contain the same words, the last contains the part about
Valentine's Day.

FWIW I have never had any issues on my iOS device s or my PC using Thunderbird
email.
