new sheets can be very slippery...I got a feeling the slippage may have more to do with the new sheets than the winch...not sure how you could "age" the line quickly but I know some new lines don't grip as well as other on the winch...maybe use another wrap on the winch when you start to use the ha

I can't say for sure on a 34+ but on my 37+ it is under the port setee up against the forward bulkhead, molded into the fiberglass that supports the setee platform. You have to remove the flat portion of the setee (by pulling all the screws holding the plywood platform to the underlying support) t
