Machinist's Workshop MagT recently published some information on various
penetrating oils that I found very interesting. The magazine reports they
tested penetrates for break out torque on rusted nuts.
The deck gloss was applied today.

I have used the 50%-50% ATF-Acetone mix and it is quite effective. Be
careful not to get it on things, unintentionally, e.g. rubber seals,
gaskets, etc.
