I replaced the rubber gasket in my Bomar forward hatch that I got from a
company called Pompanette. They had the exact replacement that was easy to
install, as it had a sticky tape.

I re-did my keel on a 1976 MK I but it was a swept back fin. I replaced all
the keel bolts re-glassed the the stub and glassed around the seam after the
job was done total price about 12K. Should have been closer to 10k but it
wasn't thanks to a Marina that was somewhat dishonest.

Don't know what type of hatch you have.mine is a Atkins & Hoyle and
takes a 1/2" gasket.replaced it in the Spring.
Determine the make of your hatch and the corresponding diameter of the
gasket.
