If they are still functional, Bacon can cut them down for you to fit your
roller furler. They can assess the sails for you and tell you what kind of
shape they are in. Don't forget to tell them to readjust the spreader
patches though. I learned this the hard way blowing up a nice light we

Years ago, I had a local steel fabricator make me a stern pulpit for my old C&C
25. It wasn’t a big deal for them. Also, it was many hundreds of dollars
cheaper than ordering from a marine shop. If you still have the old pulpit, it
should be a cinch.
