I glued in a new jefa bearing into a perfectly prepped grp hull, PYI the local dealer, recommended sika291. Got a lift on the boat, set the rudder underneath, put it back on the stands. Jack up that rudder and without even getting fully into the bearing, the whole bearing assembly slid up and int

I have been asking about sending my hatches in for refurbishment and it isn't cheap. Am I overthinking it? I only need two things, one is putting a new gasket in and the other is a new piece of Plexiglas. I can buy the gasket and the glue and the local shop can duplicate the glass easy enough. T

I think my 1989 30 MKII has got Lewmar Superhatches (though I’m not even sure about that). What is the easiest (not necessarily cheapest) way to repair crazed lenses? I’m not really keen on removing the hatch lids and shipping them off for repair. Is there a complete lid replacement available
