Here in “cold weather” we don’t need cabin heaters. Or if we need them, they would have be quite big (to thaw the ice on the lake). When the water is not solid, it is usually warm enough that you don’t need extra heat. When you do, it is usually well past the haul out. Marek

I have one of the Origo Heat Pal alcohol heaters.  It is kick ass.  Will keep the cabin pretty toasty.  Can also warm food, etc. on top of it. Pricey but there is one on eBay right now:  Denni
