Hey Wally,
Good to hear from you at last and glad you survived the"summer o' sixteen".
I haven't checked for updates in a long while too. What's this
Facebook thing... is it an interactive plotter?
Anyhow, still banging away here on an XP machine with Eudora as the
mail client.

good to hear from you! Good seamanship overcame back luck and worse

Okay, clearly I'm not keeping up. And after not updating my web site
in nearly two years (for technical reasons) I finally put up a Facebook
page, because I wanted to tell the story about how I almost lost Stella

It must be part of the ebb and flow thing. A few years ago there was no
east coast rendezvous at all, now there is a great gathering. The west
coast event, while still a lot of fun, has declined from a high of 123
boats to the 15-20 that show up these days. After a few years, it gets

Tom,
Wow is right! You just made my day! So happy we’re getting some press. The guy
who wrote that for them must really know his stuff — wink.
Hope to see a lot of C&C’ers there. Tom — If you leave now, you might just make
it on time.
All the best,

To reply to a post from within the digest, hit reply and then highlight
and delete everything except the post to which you are replying.

Guilty as charged, again.
My sincere apologies. Sorry to offend anyone for my shortcomings. I am trying

How about anybody who posts without a correct subject line sends Stu a
$5 donation. Sort of like a swear jar, but more productive. Posts
replying to the digest also frequently contain the entire digest, so
maybe that should be a $10 option. :-)

Hi Brian,
No offense or affront taken.
Not trying to be a list nag, I just took it upon
myself to act on behalf of Stu. I simply resent
his message as a small effort in trying to save
him some grief while he's attending to our dear

Change the subject line in your emails -- "Stus-List CnC-List
Digest, Vol 122, Issue 2" does not mean a dxxn thing. Some
subscribers have indicated that they just delete messages with that
subject line instead of reading them.
So, if you want your message read, CHANGE THE SUBJECT LINE!!!
