Consider the Wera Tool Check Plus.
While more expensive, you can replace each part in the tool kit
individually if you happen to drop your 13mm socket while working on the
boat. (and then find it 5 months later).
Each bit can be replaced fairly easily if lost, and the quality is great.

It's the 85035 Gearwrench 35 piece microdriver set. I have several of
them, boat, truck, house. Not sure if Gearwrench still makes it but I
think you can still find them online.
Gearwrench now sells a 41 piece version. Part GWMBS41. Not quite the same.
There are similar sets around.
WalMart and Harbor Freight both have sets in 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch size. Harbor
Freight had both standard and deep socket sets. I think the set I have in the
car was about $20. No plastic case, but there area lot of storage ox options at
Walmart.
