The well-proven Amel maramu/super maramu ketches (probably others) have
engine access like this. Might be a starting point for design.

In testing to see the cockpit engine access and wondering how many older C&Cs
have this. Have thought many times I’d like to add one to my 85 37. Then I
shudder at the possible leaka
