Tom, I installed (mostly…) an Isotemp Slim 20 water heater in my boat. Very nice item and it allowed me to change to location of the water heater. I don’t know what the locker space on a 32 is like but I was able to make a mockup of the dimensions to check before buying. Best, Dave Godwin 1982
