Charlie, Epoxy or vinyl ester resin, your choice. Both will work. If you have epoxy and the proportioning pumps, use it. If you're comfortable with vinylester, use that. I'd use epoxy or resin wetted cloth or roving. Fill to near level. If you use the epoxy, wash it with TSP and rinse with L
