Graham's answer works since there is no phase change with CNG. It is all
gas. If it were changing phase from liquid to gas then the pressure gauge
is a poor measure of level. This would be the case with LNG (liquid
Natural Gas) or LPG (Liquid Propane Gas). Hence the reason the cylinders
