Dave, You should be able to work with your yard to lift the hull enough to work on the keel and keel bolts. You’ll need a sturdy frame to support the keel no matter what. I built my own cradle and it wasn’t too terribly difficult.

Hi, It is time to re-bed the keel (which weeps after haulout) and to consider what to do about some frost fractures bulging the lead casting at the base of one of the keelbolts. Is it feasible to block the keel on the cradle then jack the boat a few inches skyward to do this work? Has anyone done
