Be warned – people do not look up. I never use my tricolor anymore when not
offshore. I almost got run over a few times by powerboats looking at water
level only for lights if they were looking anywhere.

We are suffering from Maryland Instant Summer Syndrome here. It will be cold
and rainy until one day soon you go to bed with the heat on and wake up to need
