As nobody seems to know what to call a C&C 37 XL (or is it a C&C 37/40 XL?,
or is it a C&C 40 XL?) the sailmaker probably just decided to leave the
designation off.

I found that. AFAIK logos on the main are fairly rare for C&C. Our boat never
had one.

That strikes me as odd, it's about the best advertising you can get for a boat,
especially if it's on the sail passing you on the race course!

I've seen (And used to have one) sails on C&C's with the C&C logo on

That is, without the "YACHTS" and the two thin blue stripes above and
below.
They've slowly disappeared from sails in order to avoid the extra
