Dennis: I haven't tried it nor heard of it but a long time ago I replaced a section of my rubrail (it rubbed a piling during a storm) with a section of new rubrail. If I recall it was constructed from white EPDM. I don't think I saved the leftover piece or I would offer it to you. I think I
