I just got some spray caulk (DAP I think?) from the hardware store that goes on like spraying whip cream from a can. I sealed around the mast and in the sail track above the vang. It has cut the rainwater ingress around the mast by about 98% Joe Della Barba Coquina C&C 35 MK I -Original Me
