You also need the pin sizes. You should also reassure yourself that the
upper pins are the same size as the lower pins. Don't take anything for
granted on a boat.

What you measured is the luff length. The headstay is always a little
longer. You would be best suited to take a tape measure to the top with a
helper and measure from the center of both pins (masthead and chain plate).
