Chuck, Was thinking the same thing but the hole spacing of the ocean cleat may not work at 2 1/16” vs 1 ½” for the Har150 standard AL cleat. The APS site does not provide any details and have not found the “parking cleat” on the Harken site. Looks like it is sourced from another company.
