As Joel said, cut it out. Start in the middle with an adult human head-sized
hole to investigate the sitch. The bulkhead is tabbed to the hull, probably on
the aft side under the liner, maybe both sides, though I doubt it.
Question is, why so much moisture… chain locker yes? With no access hatch
