I replaced my fixed ports this past spring and I used 3/8" polycarbonate.
It is stronger and more scratch resistant than plexiglass.

I am interested in your prop, could you tell me more about the condition of the
prop.
How does it work in reverse
Does it have any vibration especially at low rpm.
What is the age of the prop
Is it a 3 bladed prop
What have you replaced it with.

This was my first season with Celtic Fire a C & C 35' MK III sailing on Lake
Ontario.
I have a folding prop Prop (Flexofold 2 blade 16 R).
That does not open up all the way when the boat is moving, when this happens it
creates a lot of vibration.
