This photo shows what the bottom of the Chainplate looks like on our 1990 C&C 37XL, and shows the attachment bolts. In the photo I've removed the cover over the bolt heads. There was already an access hole to get at the nuts on the back of the bulkhead. https://photos.app.goo.gl/rGsLqb55vUqSGqbv
