paint and redid the lettering. Sanded the excess and the crud with 400 grit
paper.
Hadn't bought Testor paint since I was a kid.

I decided to take a crack at repainting the panels. I removed the breakers
and the LED lights which were held on with double-sided tape, sanded down
panels and painted them with flat black Krylon. While not perfect, they are
a big improvement.
