Jim, The fire blanket onboard makes great sense. If I had one available back in 1979 it would have been un-necessary to clean up all that dry chem. BTW, dry chem everywhere including in your hair is un-pleasant when sailing upwind in the trades. I am going to put one onboard Calypso. Martin
