I've installed Jitsi on both a Digital Ocean droplet & also on a in-house server using this method. https://jitsi.github.io/handbook/docs/devops-guide/devops-guide-quickstart It's fairly easy and only takes 10 minutes or so. Jitsi also host a free instance that we can use https://meet.jit.si/cl
