I've used MrProject 0.9.1 and found it had all of the features I needed.
I've also used previous versions but found them to be buggy.
MS Project has many more features but my style is to keep things simple
and since MrProject has all of the basics I would recommend it over MS
Project.
Can anyone recommend a good ISP that will officially allow you to use
your home computer as a server?

I purchased a Motorola Razr 2 v9 and so far I'm struggling with even the
basic USB mass storage functionality. I'm currently using fedora core 6
and before I make any further connectivity attempts I'm going to wait
for fedora core 9.

Haven't tried modems but have tried fax machines on Shaw and Vonage. Not
robust. Can take a bit of fiddling. The digital voice is tuned for
voice. Not for machines. Though does Shaw work much better than Vonage.

I'm not quite sure what you are looking for in an emulator. Part of the
Google Android SDK is an emulator. So you can start developing and
testing apps before you even have a phone.

Knoppix 3.8 does conveniently support the unionfs. The part I was
missing was to do the apt-get update. After I did this the clamav
installed and worked flawlessly.

I've used Inkscape to open .eps files. I don't know much about the eps
format but I've found different applications interpret eps files
differently. You may have to try a few to get the result you are looking

just go out and purchase a new router. As you say it is probably not
worth my time to trouble shoot. I am somewhat curious but if I can't end
up fixing the problem it will just frustrate me. One of the big
downsides of using a closed source appliance.

One company that I've worked with used TUTOS. I thought it was quite
good. They mainly used it for calendars and meetings but it does have
some task management and time tracking functionality. It is web based
and GPL'd.

That Gantt Project looks pretty good. I've found with these types of
programs that as long they can output to html is good enough. Editing
through web is not all that important.
