Here is an idea worth revisiting. Given that consumer technology is so
fast paced and now has to fit in with the device in vogue.
Anyway, at a point where I have very limited time to spare, I am
starting to investigate this some by experiments. I will let y

click the "firefox" button -> Preferences -> Menu Bar (gets you the
"file edit view ..." bar)
click view -> toolbars and ensure that "add on bar" is selected.
