as needed, and get the registrations done before the AGM, then hold the AGM

Sam ...I spoke with Mel on the phone yesterday and a couple of T1 members have
communicated the same things about this. It was their feeling that the group
should, before the next AGM meeting, make certain that there is no danger of
the group dissolving at that meeting. I believe the sentiment
