If you run directly through Eclipse, you don't need
-Xdebug -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,address=8787,server=y,suspend=n
You may put your memory settings to the debug profile under JRE tab for
JVM settings

you are giving too much to MaxPermSize, with latest master/ASF 4.1 branch,
-XX:MaxPermSize=128m would be enough
