I think you can tweak in devcloud project by adding more options in maven
to set up advance zone instead of basic zone in devcloud VM (devcloud.cfg
is just basic).

In my CS deployment, I want to set the public IP of System VMs statically
or change it to other IP. I have reviewed CS DB and try to edit some
