determined in VMTemplateDaoImpl.java
(findRoutingTemplate etc).

easy way. Using scripts with Ant to package RPM seems to not have much
difference that waf, for waf is a sort of scripts
The hardcode stuff you see is not in using anymore.
We use --package-version parameter to pass version when building RPM.
