Cool! I'm going to be on basic networking for a few months so not quite ready
to try it, but will this eventually support KVM?

The identity of the system vm template / virtual router template is
determined in VMTemplateDaoImpl.java
(findRoutingTemplate etc).
This is not the best way : especially in a multihypervisor zone, the
selection of the template becomes muddy.
The other question is : why do you want a different temp
Hi,
Just a quick heads-up to inform that the Open vSwitch tunnel manager is now
available in Cloudstack's master and 3.0.x branches.
Chiradeep summarized the problem, and the solution, in a few slides:

Hi All,
I created new public network via infrastructure->zone->physical
network->public->IP range menu. and assigned it to account in non-root domain.
Private network was also created for that account. When i use that account and
trying to request IP, IP was chosen from default public network,

Frankly speaking I also wonder both why they install in that folder and are
they still in use.
Kelven, Kishan, can you confirm if console-proxy-runner usage-runner are still
in use? Do we use them to spawn up consoleproxy and usage server?
And who else knows about agent-runner?

Hi,
I am having some difficulty to figure out what I should be doing with
the scripts that end up in usr/libexec/.

I know some of you are working off of branches off of the ones I listed.
If you like us to move those as well for easier mer
Hi Robert:
Do you know what's most common way for java project packaging under

We look forward to getting rid of waf for a long while, but not see an
easy way. Using scripts with Ant to package RPM seems to not have much
difference that waf, for waf is a sort of scripts
The hardcode stuff you see is not in using anymore.
We use --package-version parameter to pass version when building RPM.

Hi,
I am a bit confused with the versioning. In the wsscript the VERSION
variable is set to 2.2.2 and it appears that this is not the version of
the script, but rather the version of the stack. Thus, should this not
be set to 3.0.x in the dev tree and 3.0.1 for the 3.0.1 branch?
Thanks,
Robe
No, check the permissions. Tomcat runs as 'cloud' user and can probably
not load files with 'root' ownership

Hi,
We are running into a problems trying to modify a jar in our
beta environment while it was working fine in our dev environment running
the same version (3.0.1) . We basically had to modify the cloud-server.jar
to have the swift UI work and handles api keys. We replaced the

I think we can exclude the problem being due to an incorrect db state, as it

Will it be possible to send us management server logs when you put the host

Hello everyone!
There is a problem processing live migration using CloudStack 3.0.1 on KVM.
I have exactly same problem as question posted to CloudStack user/admin

Frank told that this was known issue, yet it was fixed in previous version.
As far as I know, live migration worked on
