Due to a latent configuration error, many VMs need to be rebooted. The
affected VMs are working fine now, but if restarted they will start with
an incorrect block storage config and be unable to launch, requiring
manual repair.
I am planning to migrate + reboot all the VMs listed next Tuesday,
