My project active `Wikidumpparse` was shutdown this week, and I've lost 5
years of analytical data!
It's true that I don't keep an eye on cloud-announce. But this previous
email said that I would get an individual follow up email from Komla - but
searching through my email I never did.

Hi Maximilian,
I think there might be still hope to get the data back, since "shut
down" does not necessarily mean that the VM has been destroyed
already. Maybe it can be started again.
Let's see if Andrew can make that happen.
