It is unclear if you ask about not receiving the email or fixing the
error, I will answer both.
If the first, cron jobs get it standard output sent by email to the
user, and I am guessing that gets redirected on cloud to the actual

That error doesn't sound familiar to me. Please open a Phabricator ticket with
