-in is never read out and the pipe-out blocks. So
either to fast or it never completes.
I'm beginning to think that I'm trying to solve the problem (streaming
one input to file and S3 simultaneously) in a wrong way. Any suggestions?

rk, it _does_ work when I only write to
`file-out`. Writing to only `pipe-out` does not work and writing to both
stops after 1024 bytes. My understanding of IO is lacking to solve the
above, would love if somebody could educate me.
