[ANN] Leiningen 2.0.0-preview9 released

I'm happy to announce the release of Leiningen version 2.0.0-preview9. This release fixes a serious bug where profiles wouldn't be applied correctly in the trampoline task as well making auto-loaded hooks and middleware more consistent. It also introduces an experimental new flag ($LEIN_FAST_TRAM
