Currently, i am investigating about update mechanism of ClamAV. I don't find
any document, that describes clearly this mechanism, so i would like to be
confirmed and be explained more detail.

If i do not have permission to access to Signing Service from ClamAV-team,
what service i should run on local network for building my own Siging
service ?

As i see, ClamAV runs on a engine, which is libclamav.so. I want to confirm
a small question.
Does ClamAV have any solution to upgrade new engine (For example, in the
case the new libclamav.so is released)?
Do I need re-install ClamAV?
