[clamav-users] Missing /etc/clamd.conf on fedora

I have installed clamav from epel yum install -y clamav clamav-update and I notice is missing the /etc/clamd.conf And when i run clamconf gets the message: clamd.conf not found I note that there is a /etc/clamd.d directory with no files I'm missing something? ___
