I have created an installer for Mac OS X 10.3 that installs ClamAV
0.75.1 as well as GMP 4.1.3. It also creates the clamav user and group
for you. It is available here:

There is also an optional installer included that creates a Start
Working with clamdscan, using the --no-summary option seems to have no
effect whatsoever. I get the same output whether I use this option or
not. This is 0.75.1 on Mac OS X 10.3.5. Is anyone else experiencing
this?
