Excuse the beginner question please.
Clamav is correctly built (without --enable-milter) and running. It
doesn't listen on any TCP port but does open a unix socket here:
$ ls /pfx/var/clamav/clamd.sock

we are seeing some load issues on clamd server due to sanesecurity
signatures (load is automatically decreasing when the sanesecurity sigs are
