That browser is blocked because it’s old as heck, and we’re dealing with
automated bots that are randomizing and using illegitimate browser User-Agents
to try and bypass the controls.

Hi Rémy,
This is not a cloudflare issue. This is an EOL issue.
You need to update to the latest version of clamav. If the latest
pre-built version is 0.99 then you will probably have to learn to build
from source.
