Check your clamd.conf file- is there a user specified? Make sure that user
exists. Make sure that user has the appropriate rights to the any
directories specified in the clamd.conf file.

I have a little problem and I hope you guys can help me. When I use the
command freshclam, clamav says that libclamav has not the good rights. My
question about this, how can I give libclamav the right permissions?
