Hi!
I have Clamav 0.80 on FC3 installed and clamav-milter for sendmail. I
have also scheduled clamav update via cron and setup freshclam.conf file
to reload Clamd after update. However when database update is done Clamd
is not reloaded. I have noticed that in mail messages where it says
"X-Virus-Sc
o it should have no trouble getting access to the socket.
The error message hasn't come up again but in the maillog i get this:
sendmail[4282]: i9B3BBdP004282: Milter: data, reject=451 4.3.2 Please
try again later
any ideas.
Cheers
Simon

Hi!
I have installed and running Clamav 0.75.1 on Rh8 box. The problem is that
I don't have init script for clamd nor for clamav-milter.
Is there something in the "configure" to add to create those scripts?
Can someone send those to me by email. please?

m's job.
In the case of #25 accepting an attachment with CLSID extension, if you are
delivering to Microsoft based products, is a very bad idea (but not clam's
job)

But how do I deny fragmented mails on sendmail? I am still a begginer in
sendmail.

I am running a clamav-milter with sendmail 8.13.0. I have made a test at
www.testvirus.org and two tests passed thru: #24 and #25.
In explanation it says that it should detect it but it doesn't.
Any comment on that?

I have setup a squid proxy and I have found that Clamav is possible to
use with apache proxy. Does it exist the same for squid proxy ?
