I use clamsmtp on an Ubuntu server and have "Action bounce" in my
clamsmtpd.conf. When one of the users sends a mail which contains a
virus (i tested this with Eicar) clamsmtp sends a message to the user
informing him of this. But this mail contains the virus and so it

I had the following problem. sometimes samba does not react for a longer
period. After this time of waiting it works normally sin the next time of
stalling. I found the following in my logfile. Could this be the reason?

I have Samba running on my server (SLES 9). There is especially one file
which makes trouble. It is a MSAccess database (*.mdb) which is over 400MB
large. Without vscan-clamav it takes about 12 seconds to open this file. As
