In latest snapshot (from 20080903) functionality level of clamav is 34:

Therefore, freshclam writes in the log:
WARNING: Current functionality level = 34, recommended = 35
Why so? I thought there is the most latest functionality in snapshot.

To check sendmail if supported "quarantine" feature:
# grep QUARANTINE /etc/mail/sendmail.cf

Yes, older versions of sendmail cannot quarantine the mail. "QUARANTINE" option
appears in sendmail
