You can find it in viruses.db. Probably in /var/lib/clamav or else at
http://clamav.elektrapro.com/database/
These are the signatures together with the virus-names.

We've created a setup which scans with a commercial scanner and also
with ClamAV. Whenever our commercial scanner finds a virus that ClamAV
doesn't recognize we automaticaly 'contribute' it to ClamAV. This way

Ok, quite some work, but we're getting somewhere. Our old mailserver
handles mail that should be redirected to /dev/null... It processess 1-3
mails/sec. When enabling two scanners the server quits. Now we're
scanning with just one scanner, and when that one find a virus it pushes

No, we are using amavisd-new. Amavis-ng has problems with certain types
of messages. Amavisd-new looks very stable and fast so far.
